We have listened to your feedback and are changing our format. Your program can enter a small group or team and run your own practices at our facilities. We will be your support group and can do as little or as much as you want. Don’t have a team or small group, no problem, just sign up as a free agent. Beginners thru experienced are welcome. Players may play up or down in any of the divisions depending on their ability, physical size and comfort level.
Our Small Ball programs are meant for maximum development, action and fun! Nationally, we have been at the forefront of using Small Ball as an effective training tool and were the first in Indiana to do so going back to 2008. Today Small Ball is the preferred training method for youth and college teams across the country and has also been adopted by US lacrosse.
Our Small Ball programs offer a small-sided playing environment that allows the player to get a lot more touches both sides of the ball, than a full sized field game. Players are required to get up & down the field, emphasizing offensive & defensive skills and concepts in transition and settled situations.
All youth players will have a practice followed by a game each week. Our instruction includes but is not limited to the rules of the game, IQ, defense, stick-work, 2-man game, faking & finishing, dodging, screens, and off-ball motion. Adults just play but tips are offered from our experienced staff.

Teams: Put your own team together or sign up as a free agent and we will put you on one. A full team must have at least 12 players for 8 v 8 and 16 for 10 v 10. To get your team entered into our registration system please call our office at 317-804-1721.
